What makes an Urban Fire pizza?
Dough made here.
We make our dough in-house with Caputo flour, ferment it for 48–72 hours and stretch each base by hand. Time and careful handling help give the crust its airy structure and soft centre.
Ingredients with a story.
San Marzano DOP tomatoes meet Irish producers including Toons Bridge Dairy, Sabanero Dairy and Gubbeen. Fresh pesto, candied jalapeños and caramelised red onions are prepared by our team.
Finished with fire.
Our Pavesi Joy 140 wood-fired oven runs at approximately 430–480°C. Each pizza bakes in around 60–90 seconds, giving the dough its rise and the crust its colour.
